Named after our own Blue-Eyed-Boy, Sarah & Sparky’s son, Luke. This amazing Shiraz will soon be the apple of your eye with lifted and concentrated aromas of raisin, raspberry and spice. This wine is as complex as it is elegant with mulling spices, blueberry and espresso and toasted vanilla. Its unctuous with great length and soft, lingering tannin.

Our Blue Eyed Boy is one of our three wines in the Party Series. We call them our Party wines because they are rich, complex, balanced and ideal for sharing during dinner or cocktail hour! In order to make the grade to be in our Party Series, a wine must receive a Marquis Fruit Weight grade of 75-80%.

Mollydooker is a family winery. Sarah & Sparky work hand in hand to create the wines. Sarah focuses on blending as well as branding and design, while Sparky focuses on production. Sparky’s Mum, Janet is our General Manager, and Sparky’s Dad, Leigh is in charge of all our vineyards. And on the label for our newest Shiraz, you’ll find a stylized photo of our Blue Eyed Boy helping make wine. It’s a real family affair!
